Abstract/Full Paper Submission

Individual Paper
Length: 30 minutes (20 minutes presentation, 10 minutes Q&A)
MS Word, 12 point font, Times New Roman style, a maximum of 250 words
(Note: A 20-minute presentation is equivalent to an 8-9 typewritten page, double-spaced)
Abstract should include:
– Background
– Objective / Aim
– Methodology
– Discussion / Results / Significance / Conclusion

Panels
An organised panel, 90 minutes long for 3 presenters, OR 120 minutes long for 4 presenters (each presentation is 20 minutes with 10 minutes for discussion)

Poster Presentation
Size: 20 inches x 30 inches (A1)
Abstract Format
– Title
– Introduction
– Problem Statement
– Objectives
– Methodology
– Findings / Discussion / Conclusion / Implications

Performance of Creative Work
– 30 minutes (presentation 20 minutes, 10 minutes Q&A).
– MS Word, 12 point font, Times New Roman style, maximum of 250 words.
– The performance of creative works must research-based and should be clearly stated in the abstract.
– The performance of the creative work may be solo or ensemble based.
– Please provide the YouTube link to a 3-minute video excerpt of your most recent performance in the space allocated in the online submission.
– A 250-word description of the research component (background, contribution & significance should be submitted. The Program Notes will be required.

Conference Proceeding

If your abstract is accepted, you are encouraged to submit a full paper by the 2st September 2019 for inclusion into the conference proceedings.  Conferences proceedings may comprise of current reports of new, developing or completed research. They should be between 2,500-3,000 words in length. The maximum pages allowed is 6 pages, single spaced, 12 point font, including pictures.

Please ensure that you adhere to the guidelines and template for the full paper and send us a ready-to-go paper. Proofreading and editing the language and format is important, we will reconsider proceedings that have too many language errors or is not well-written.

Publication Opportunity & Indexing

Selected paper will be published in Scopus/ISI Thomson Proceeding. All Paper also has opportunity to be Published in International Proceeding Indexed by DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar, Copernicus, etc and Proceeding indexed by Indonesia Higher Commission.
